[QGIS-Developer] Empty style manager in QGIS 2.18

Hi,

not sure but might be

7afddf26b315caea46a2858bcd3d9c12a5d82988

no error during the compilation so far. What I'm noticing is that, also
with the --config-path option the file

symbology-ng-style.db

in the new folder is empty (0 kb). Replacing this file with an old
config-path file (even of older QGIS version) seems a workaround.

But still weird isn't it?
