[QGIS-Developer] Cleanup of SLD related issues

Hi,
the ticket tracker contains a number of SLD related tickets in "open" state:

At least a few of them have been fixed and should be closed.
Given that I had some interest in the topic lately and provided pull
requests fixing some of the above
tickets, I was wondering if it makes sense for me to get the right to close
tickets, so that I can do a bit of cleanup?

If that's not appropriate, I was wondering if someone with access could
close the tickets,
assuming I provide a list of course.
