[QGIS-Developer] QGIS3 and profiles starting in terminal

Hi Dev's,

If I start a qgis session from the terminal and see debug info.

Then start a new profile, and quit the old session.

Then the terminal session 'returns' to my prompt, but the debug
information from the second sessions sometimes sneaks in...

Is this supposed to work like this? Or is there a cleaner way possible?
