[QGIS-Developer] Speed up building time after git checkout

Hi, 

I wrote almost the same message few days ago and forgot to send it. I'm really interested in the answer of this, fed up with waiting so long anytime i checkout a new branch, regardless the diff.
I didn't know the ˋninja qgisˋ command (used to ˋninja -j8ˋ as stated in the install doc). Will give it a try.
