[QGIS-Developer] crash qgis 2.18.11 in vs2010 - HEAP CORRUPTION DETECTED

since compiling my plugin for qgis 2.18.11 in vs2010 on win7 the plugin 
and qgis crashes in seemly any action because of memory leaks :-o

"sometimes" while loading a postgis layer i'll get a message from 
geos::util::IllegalArgumentException at memory...

but while loading a shape I get the error: HEAP CORRUPTION DETECTED: after 
Normal block(#553) at 0x0722F4B8. CRT detected that the application wrote 
to memory after end of heap buffer.

I also got the message QgsFillSymbol::scalar deleting destructor

I searched the web for a solution... one day it worked a bit better after 
having /MT in compiling 
I don't know why it helped, but now this doesn't work either...

What could it be? Could anyone help me?
