Well, it just says that 2.14 is in the long-term package repositories.  2.18
will replace it there as soon there is a new regular release.

Otherwise - while the new ltr is also the latest release - we'd have no updates
in the regular repository or the same version in both repositories (which would
be a waste and maybe even introduce initial problems of a new release into the
long-term repository).
