[QGIS-Developer] Label Text Type case option 'Capitatlize first letter' ONLY capitalizes first letter

If the drop-down is to stay, (and I think there is an argument that it
should, as it's a lower barrier than delving into expressions), then
probably the only case options need to be:

- lower case
- upper case
- title case
- sentence case

However, I'm aware that I'm saying this as an English speaker, so do others
think anything else is appropriate?
