[QGIS-Developer] QGIS - Compile errors in vs2013 windows 7

Hi,

I got the following errors while building ALL_BUILD module in qgis3.1.0
project in visual studio 2013 windows 7 x64.

e:\qgis\src\core\qgis.h(325): error C2144: syntax error :
'qgis::QgsAddConst<T>::Type' should be preceded by ';'
e:\qgis\src\core\qgis.h(325): error C2065: 'T' : undeclared identifier
e:\qgis\src\core\qgis.h(325): error C2065: 't' : undeclared identifier
kindly help me.
