It's probably just missing a description file - these aren't generated
automatically.

Check the existing ones under
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/python/plugins/processing/algs/grass7/description
and it should be straightforward to adapt an existing one.

If you succeed a PR would be very welcome!
