[QGIS-Developer] build error 2.18/Debian at end

Just upgraded to Debian testing, updated libs etc, reconfigured, and
build goes fine untill the last 100% :

Scanning dependencies of target pyyaml
[100%] Built target pyyaml
Scanning dependencies of target pymarkupsafe
[100%] Built target pymarkupsafe
Scanning dependencies of target pyfuture
Error copying directory from "_dummy_thread" to
"/home/richard/git/qgis218/build/output/python/".

both source and target dir seem available and writable (to myself)

Anybody seeing this? Or has another clue?
