[QGIS-Developer] Make translatable the help of the custom function template

Hi,
Opening an expressiondialog, function editor tab, you can create your own
function, based on a provided template [0]. In the template file, other
than the function itself, there's a long help comment explaining what the
parameters are, how they behave and many contextual useful information.
BUT
This knowledge is only available in English, hence not accessible to all.

Is there anything that prevents to make it translatable or is it simply an
omission?
