Dear QGIS Developers,

As a plugin developer, one may be curious to understand at what places
his/her plugin is being used/downloaded.

Does QGIS have any such tool or site where such information can be seen?
If not directly, how to access by using API (if available)?

I hope I made my requirement clear.
