[QGIS-Developer] PyQgis QgsCoordinateTransform constructor?

Actually, I did a trick to trigger a build once a day. But the issue is
that the cloud cannot compile in less than 4 hours and the build is
canceled.
We'll have to find another solution to build the image!
Or find a way to export and reload ccache on docker cloud.
