[QGIS-Developer] PyQgis QgsCoordinateTransform constructor?

Hi all,

I am also looking at this issue at the moment to have an automated build of
the Python API docs (based on the QGIS Docker image).
I'll be sending a report by end of next week with hopefully some solutions
for this.
