[QGIS-Developer] Where do we sit with respect to release?

Just saying...
We could release 3.0.0 on Feb 8, then 3.0.1 on Feb 23 and follow the
regular path afterwards.
I think having a first bugfix release 2 weeks after the official release
makes a lot of sense...
My 2 cents.
