There's a Redmine plugin which would let users login with their
GitHub account: https://github.com/gpstogis/redmine_oauth2_login

Given that the current https://hub.qgis.org site already allows
people to login via OpenID or via custom-registered accounts, it
could be not too different to _also_ allow login via GitHub ?

NOTE: an OSGeo UserID (single login) gives you access to many
      services, so for some people it is the GitHub account
      being the "additional" login to remember...
