[QGIS-Developer] new buttons in Processing toolbox small problem

Hi all,

I really like the new buttons in the Processing panel, a small change
with a lot of benefits for the users.

There is a small problems: when changing something in the Processing
options (so Processing is reloading itself) the model and script buttons
are replicated over and over again in the Processing toolbar.
