[QGIS-Developer] Serious QGIS 3 Data Corruption Issue

I reported a serious QGIS 3 data corruption bug that occurs when the Toggle
Editing toolbar button is clicked. See

Additionally, when in editing mode, if you select a row from the Attribute
Table and click the "Delete selected features" icon, it actually deletes
two rows and not just the selected row.

I know that there is a lot of work you are all doing to get QGIS 3 ready
but I wanted to bring this issue to your attention because it is a serious
bug.
