[QGIS-Developer] DB Manager Plugin

 Hi,
I am interested in modifying the DB manager plugin and test in my PC
without need to build whole QGIS  from source.
I want to see where the core plugins are placed in my system..
I use QGIS 3 in both windows and Mac.
