No its not a know issue and its not raising anything on sentry for us either. I approved the pending entries, if it does it again please ping me and I will get one of my team to take a look.

By the way we are going to get rid of the the moderation thing - it causes more hassles than it is worth and we will just trust everyone who has been put into the ‘changelog managers’ group on our platform.
