[QGIS-Developer] QEP 116: Allow Drill-down (cascade) search in Value Relation Widgets

Hi all,

Please have a look to
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals/issues/116

for a new proposal to allow for drill-down searching (dynamic filtering) in
value relation widgets.

This is a core port (and enhancement) of my original Python plugin for QGIS
2.x
