[QGIS-Developer] Fwd: Plugin version approval

I have a couple of new updates to my plugins that have been awaiting
approval since Monday:

Version 1.1:
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/Multi_Ring_Buffer/

Version 0.4:
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/SelectWithin/

The current versions live in the repo do not work with QGIS 3.0. There
were some minor changes to the API between 2.99 and 3.0 when the
plugins were converted.

So I have had a couple of bug reports:

Would be good to get these live soon.
