+1 for a spring ponctual cleanup,
but... this won't solve the long term issue of having enough ressources to
assume review process.
Do some of you already include a review and a documentation cost in your
estimates ?
Maybe QGIS.org could act as a third party to transfer those funds to a
dedicated budget ?
QGIS.org could then be hiring some of the dev's - like we do for the bugfix
process. Or at least compensate part of the efforts spend.
To avoid too much spreadsheet manual work, we could track hours spend in
the pull request directly maybe.
Gitlab has time tracking support, and github seems to have a third party
app, free for open source projects.
