[QGIS-Developer] Problems opening .grib data in QGIS 3.4

Hi Tim/Peter,

I have updated the ticket. I think at the moment only grib/netcdf supported
in gdal can be read as mesh layer.

Here is an example I have prepared for mesh layer, feel free to use this
QGIS project:

There are some bugs (-180, 180 coverage, projection) with mesh, which we
will be working on.

Feel free to file bugs or feature requests. Will be keen to hear your
feedback.
