[QGIS-Developer] OpenCL support

Hi Paolo,

this is enough for building with OpenCL support on Ubuntu (debian should be
the same):
apt-get install -y opencl-headers ocl-icd-libopencl1 ocl-icd-opencl-dev

To actually run OpenCL applications  you'll need also the runtime for your
graphic card or for your CPU (or for both), there are packages for Nvidia,
ATI/AMD and Intel.
