Unfortunately (as of today),  no. Iterating mode is a bit like the
batch mode, in that it's all handled outside of an individual
algorithm.

Potentially we could add some parameter metadata to indicate that the
parameter should default to having iterating on, but this would only
work if the algorithm is executed from the toolbox (i.e. not from
modeler, batch, etc).
