[QGIS-Developer] QGIS build fails

Hello all,

I'm trying to build Qgis in order to test a feature that i have developed,
but i get the following error:

Any idea?

I am running Ubuntu 18.04

sip Version: 4.19.8
PyQt5 Version: 5.9
Qt Version: 5.9
