[QGIS-Developer] GUI appearance change on macOS

I noticed after building QGIS 3 with Qt 5.11 (previously was Qt 5.9), the interface appearance changed so that it looks more like Windows or Linux.  Is this some choice in QGIS to use a non-Mac appearance, or some change in Qt?  Is there a Qt switch that can change it back to looking like a Mac app?
