[QGIS-Developer] Ribbon-like UI for QGIS

Hi,

How complicated would it be to implement (or sponsor) a Ribbon-like UI to
QGIS?
(i.e. MS-office 2007+)
Do you think people would like that kind of UI for QGIS?
