[QGIS-Developer] PGRaster status

Hi all,

yesterday I completed a PostGIS course, and I realized that the PostGIS
raster support in QGIS 3.2 has become much worse, to the point of being
essentially unusable. I can provide samples to check. I think the
current situation should be corrected; if we cannot realistically
support them, perhaps better (I hate saying this) drop the support at
least for 3.4.

Is anybody interested in checking?
