[QGIS-Developer] Crashes on closing QGIS

Hi, 

We always have crashes on closing QGIS (on Windows) - regardless of
version - it happens on 3.4, 3.6 and master. 

Seems to be related to the authentication manager. Is this a known
issue? Are there ideas how to fix the issue?
