[QGIS-Developer] Request for sponsored fix issue #21839

Hi,

I'm looking for a core developer willing to fix issue #21839, related to
the primary key unicty check on PostgreSQL views in QGis 3, in return for a
financial contribution.

It would suffice if it would already be possible to specify the
checkPrimaryKeyUnicity parameter in the datasource uri of a QLR or QGS
project file. For the moment this parameter is ignored/overriden for a
PostgreSQL dataprovider. No need for GUI changes.

As we would like to stick to the 3.4 LTR version backporting would also be
appreciated.
