[QGIS-Developer] QGIS Qt Designer custom widgets missing again

I just upgraded QGIS with the OsGeo4W installer to QGIS 3.6.0 with 3.4.5 as
the LTR. Once aging the QGIS custom widgets are missing. How do I get them
back? I had to install the QGIS 2.18.28 standalone installer so that I have
them available.
