[QGIS-Developer] QGIS 3.4

Dear Madam/Sir,

I have installed QGIS 3.4 and would like to learn pyQIS as per this latest version in python3. The docs say that documentation is still in process. I sincerely acknowledge your hard work and would like to know by when will the pyQGIS 3.4 documentation be available.

[When you have moved on from python 2.7 to 3, we the users would also like to do that.]
