[QGIS-Developer] OTB Plugin in QGIS 3.8

Hi,
I have installed QGIS 3.8. OTB plugin which was working fine with QGIS 3.6
is not working now.

I have read in some place that starting from QGIS 3.8 OTB plugin will
become core plugin of QGIS.

Any update on this?
