[QGIS-Developer] Current state of QtWebKit dependency

Hi,

What's the current state of QtWebKit dependency within the main source code?

I have seen this post and am curious if it is still true:

I'm assuming that if there is still a dependency on QtWebKit there is also
a need for the PyQt bindings for its modules as well.

Side note, we are working on getting the conda-forge qgis recipe fully
functional:
https://github.com/conda-forge/qgis-feedstock/issues/68
