[QGIS-Developer] Ignoring timeouts

Greetings everyone,

Some travis tests tend to timeout quite often for no reasons, I was
wondering if it would be a good idea to ignore timeout (in general or on
those tests) to ensure that there are less false negatives.

Would this be a good idea?
