[QGIS-Developer] Saving projects in PostgreSQL

However, subsequent loading of the project works from the browser,
whereas it does not work (projects are not listed) from Project > Load
project from PostgreSQL. To display it, one has to:
* select schema public
* select back schema gis
then the projects are listed.
