Hi Nyall,

Yep, working on it, we ( Harrissou :-) )  rearranged the convoluted
apache configuration for documentation (was full of redirects/rewrites).
But we missed the pdf. Will show up soon.

Are these actually used?
Because when busy testing new sphinx/templates/Make/Build of docs I was
thinking about getting rid of pdf. But instead go for the 'zipped' docs
route, which can be viewed in QGIS itself.
(though if pdf build 'just keep working' and are needed, we can keep on
building them)
