In OAPIF ? Well, not really. rel=describedBy is a possibility already offered by the core.
Used by a few implementations:
- JSON schema for:
	http://databio.spacebel.be/eo-features/collections/datasets
- XML schema for:
   http://ows.geo-solutions.it/geoserver/ne/ogc/features/collections/countries50m
   http://www.pvretano.com/cubewerx/cubeserv/default/wfs/3.0.0/framework/collections/UNINCORPORATED_PL

What is in discussion is a summary endpoint to present queryable, sortable, etc.. properties:
