[QGIS-Developer] what does geos geoprocessing error difference failed mean?

Hi Jeff,

It turns out it is a memory issue. I'm running a loop with pyqgis and after
doing the union, it doesn't release the shm or wal gpkg files on the
original union inputs. Anyway of releasing these after running each union?
