[QGIS-Developer] Position available: Changelog editor

Hi all,
QGIS.ORG is looking for an Editor ensuring timely and complete changelog
for every new version of QGIS.
What we ask:
* for each version, at the onset of the code freeze period, go through
the [FEATURE] commits in the code repository since last version
* copy paste the short description from the commit, adding some text and
if appropriate a screenshot to have an entry understandable by users;
this will be done in coordination with the original author of the
feature, and with his help where and when necessary.
What you get:
* full recognition of your work: the Changelog will have a line "edited by".
Ideally the appointment would be for one year or more. This is a
volunteer position.
