[QGIS-Developer] Changelog images for 3.10

Thanks Richard….I am contemplating whether to make screens for all this processing ALGS….I think I will do that then will be done from my side (and I will add the description for the SVG exporter that Raymond kindly supplied). I will pop you a note when I have done that.
