[QGIS-Developer] Nightly build will not open

Apologies - There was a typo in my message. Where it says "because there is a qgis_app.dll file in the OSGeo4W64\apps\qgis\bin folder", it should say the "qgis-dev\bin" folder - the qgis_app.dll file is in there, too.
