[QGIS-Developer] QGIS installation script for chromebooks

Best QGIS Devs,

We from OnTheLink created a script that installs QGIS on linux enabled
chromebooks, you will need to have a stable internet connection before
using it because most times it fails without one...

It currently is only functional on Linux enabled chromebooks but we may add
support for all linux devices in the future.
