numpy is a dependency of python3-gdal which is a dependency of qgis - so that's
always installed anyway.
SciPy is not a hard dependency, but is also installed with qgis-full (which is
what you want if you want more optional dependencies - eg. for plugins - and is
also what the standalone installer is made from).
mathlib and nltk however are not in OSGeo4W.
