[QGIS-Developer] QGIS Georeferencer improvements

Toggling selected layers has been recently added to master and can be
assigned to a key.

Regarding the georeference window, if the live preview is implemented, it
would be useful to track mouse movement on the image window and display a
transformed pointer on the main map with the live preview.
For usability with many repeated georeferences, the option to preload only
gcp world coords without image coords from a file will be great. This could
be useful for grids too, though a way to define grids on the fly and only
having to click for image coordinates while the grid progresses from point
to point, panning to the next expected image location would be better.
