[QGIS-Developer] proj7 6 src db?

Hi Devs,

Probably not important, but I get the following output when running my
build:

$ ninja install
[0/1] Re-running CMake...
-- QGIS version: 3.13.0 Master (31300)
...
-- Found Proj: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libproj.so version 7 (7.0.0)
...
-- Using PROJ 6 srs database.
-- Configuring done
-- Generating done

As you see I have libproj7 but 'using PROJ 6 srs db'?

I was wondering if I'm mixing proj6/7 stuff, or that the output is in
some way wrong?
