[QGIS-Developer] QGIS-3.10 configuration import did not import PostgreSQL connections

Apparently I started QGIS 3.10 for the first time since some
popup was added. The popup asked if I wanted to "start fresh"
or "import settings from QGIS 2". I opted for settings import.

After import, none of my PostgreSQL connections are found.
Is this expected or a bug ?
