[QGIS-Developer] Raster calculator turns lowest row of pixels into nodata

I installed QGIS-dev rev. 58f1206748 that seems to contain latest commit from
three days ago. Also this version writes out a GeoTIFF that has the
southmost row of pixels set to nodata.
